⚠️ Statistics or certificates: two different exports
EdBuild AI produces two kinds of document. They do not answer the same question and they are not obtained the same way. Confusing them is the most common mistake.
Statistics answer "how far along are my learners?": time spent, score, progress. That is what this article covers.
Certificates answer "what proof can I provide?": attendance, course completion, as PDF files, learner by learner. They are covered in the article 📄 How to generate certificates for your learners (attendance, course completion)?.
📊 Exporting the statistics
Go to the Licences page
In the top bar, click Export statistics
Choose the scope of the export from the three options offered
🎯 The three available scopes
All learners: every statistic for all your learners, across all their courses
By course: you tick one or several courses, and you get the statistics of every learner enrolled on them, for those courses only
By learner: you tick one or several learners, and you get their statistics across all of their courses
💡 To follow a specific session, start from By course. To answer an individual request, start from By learner.
