🎨 Why set up your branding?
The branding defined in your settings is used automatically by EdBuild AI to:
Prefill the color palette of new courses (the "Customize the palette" step of the generation wizard)
Apply your logo to video slides and SCORM / H5P exports
Include your visual identity in the PDF certificates issued to learners
💡 Set up your branding once, and all your future courses will inherit it automatically.
🔎 Where do I find the branding settings?
Click your avatar in the top right of the admin interface
Go to Settings
Select the Branding tab

⚠️ The Branding tab is available on the Starter, Team and Enterprise plans. On the free trial, you use the default palette.
🖼️ Uploading your logo
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
Maximum size: 5 MB
You can crop the image before confirming
The logo appears on the videos you generate and in your exports
💡 For the best result on videos, use a square transparent PNG logo.
🎨 Setting your color palette
You enter a palette of main colors that will be used for:
The background and accents of video slides
Highlighted elements (buttons, headings) in SCORM / H5P exports
PDF certificates
For every new course, this palette is preloaded at the "Customize the palette and video backgrounds" step of the wizard, and you can adjust it for one specific course without changing your global branding.
🏢 Organization (all plans, free trial included)
Whether you are on a free trial or a subscriber, the Organization tab lets you declare your status as a training provider and enter:
Your training provider registration number (NDA)
Your organization name (legal name)
Your legal contact details (useful for CPF / CDC certificates)
