If you deliver courses that are eligible for CPF funding, the Caisse des Dépôts (CDC) may ask you, at any time, for detailed evidence of each learner's attendance and of the reality of the course they followed. EdBuild AI automatically collects all of this evidence for you, and lets you export it in just a few clicks.
📋 The 7 categories of evidence expected by the CDC

🌐 IP traceability: strong proof of attendance
For every significant action taken by the learner (login, activity completion, quiz submission, etc.), EdBuild AI records:
The IP address from which the action was performed
The precise timestamp of the action
The activity concerned
This traceability serves as strong proof of attendance in the event of an audit: it makes it possible to certify that the learner was genuinely active from an identifiable device.
⚠️ The collection of IP addresses is explicitly stated in your privacy policy and in the PDF certificates issued to the learner (audit reference).
📥 Exporting the evidence
To provide a complete file to the CDC:
Open the course concerned
Click Learner monitoring → Export
Download the CSV containing, for each learner: time spent per activity, login dates, IP addresses, scores and completion status
Also download the PDF certificates (attendance + course completion) for each learner concerned
💡 You can also generate a ZIP containing all the certificates for a group in a single operation (see the article on certificates).
🔒 GDPR and learners' rights
The data collected (time spent, IP addresses, scores) is retained for the statutory period required by CPF regulations
Learners can request to access, rectify or erase their data through the standard GDPR procedure
The IP addresses collected are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes
