The plan change is immediate and a pro rata calculation for the part of the period already used is applied automatically.

Learners are included in your plan (30 with Starter, 1,000 with Team, unlimited with Enterprise). To go beyond that cap without changing plan, add learner licenses as an add-on (from €50 per year excl. VAT).

Trainer seats are also included in your plan. Every non-learner user takes up a seat, including the account administrator. To go beyond that cap without changing plan, add trainer seats as an add-on.

Every plan includes a volume of credits: 7,500 for Starter and 75,000 for Team, which is roughly 50 hours and 500 hours of generated course content. Need more volume? Buy a credit pack (from €125 excl. VAT for 1,000 credits up to €6,350 excl. VAT for 75,000) from the Subscription page, move up to the next plan, or contact us about the Enterprise plan.

Because billing is annual, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the committed year. No partial refund is available.

You keep access to the platform until the end of the period you have paid for.

Unused credits included in your plan are neither carried over nor refunded.

Credits bought as a pack remain yours until they expire, 12 months after purchase. Using them requires an active subscription: if you subscribe again before that date, you get your balance back.
