EdBuild AI brings together creation (AI tools, videos, podcasts, activities) and delivery (LMS, learner tracking) in a single plan. You have no separate subscription to manage.

Three plans are available: Starter, Team and Enterprise. Billing is annual (the monthly price shown is the monthly equivalent).

You can try the platform for free, with no credit card and no commitment, before choosing your plan. The trial is active for 30 days and includes 200 free credits (roughly 1.5 hours of generated course content) and 1 learner license.

Included during the trial: course creation with AI (text, activities, videos and podcasts using the standard avatars and voices), your branding, PDF certificates and the Excel export of learner statistics. Content exports (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, H5P, Word, Excel, course PDF), translation, MCP access and custom avatars and voices are reserved for paid plans.

The credit is the unit used to measure EdBuild AI usage. Each action (generating a video or a multiple-choice quiz, analyzing a document) uses a number of credits that you can track in your account, under Understand your costs. As a rule of thumb, 150 credits correspond to roughly 1 hour of generated course content.

There is only one counter: you are free to split your credits between text, activities, videos and podcasts. Learners are included in the plan: 30 with Starter, 1,000 with Team, unlimited with Enterprise. To go beyond that cap without changing plan, add learner licenses as an add-on.

On the team side, every non-learner user takes up a trainer seat, including the account administrator. On the Starter plan, which includes one seat, the account therefore corresponds to a single person, who is both administrator and trainer. To work as a team, add a trainer seat as an add-on (€149/year). Learners, for their part, use a license and never a seat.

💡 Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Need more volume? Add an additional purchase (add-on) to your plan, or move up to the next plan. The Enterprise plan is tailor-made.

You can digitize your trainers by creating AI avatars in your likeness, with your voice. They are included in the plans: 3 video avatars and 10 podcast voices with the Team plan, unlimited with the Enterprise plan.

With the Starter plan they are not included, but available as an add-on: €399/year per video avatar, €99/year per voice.

Generated videos use your plan's credits at the standard rate.

What is not included in your plan is not blocked: you add it as an add-on. An active subscription is required. All prices are excluding VAT.

The credit packs are a one-time purchase, billed only once. The other add-ons (trainer seat, learner licenses, video avatar, voice, translation language) are annual subscriptions: if you subscribe part-way through the year, they are aligned with your plan's renewal date and billed pro rata for the remaining period, then renewed along with it. So you have only one renewal date and one annual invoice. Canceling them takes effect on that renewal date.

Pricing works in cumulative tiers, like a tax bracket system: each license is billed at the rate of its own tier, not at the rate of the highest tier reached.

Your account has two separate balances:

✅ Whatever expires first is always used first: you never lose a purchased credit because you still had subscription quota left.

⚠️ Using credits requires an active subscription. Your purchased credits remain yours until their 12-month expiry: if you cancel and then subscribe again before that date, you get them back.
