🧭 Where do I enable a custom avatar?
3 custom video avatars are included starting with the Team plan (along with 10 podcast voices), and they are unlimited with the Enterprise plan. Not included in Starter, available as an add-on.
Beyond the number included in your plan, each additional video avatar costs €399/year excl. tax and each additional voice €99/year excl. tax.
You can create them at any time from:
The "Subscription" page: click your initials in the bottom left of the screen, then go to the Custom AI avatar section → Discover button.
Course creation: when choosing the avatar for your videos, click Create a custom AI avatar in the bottom right.

🎥 What are the steps to follow?
Start creating your custom AI avatar from your account.
You receive an email from the EdBuild AI team within 24 to 48 hours, containing:
the filming instructions,
a GDPR consent recording link (through our third-party partner).
Film a 2 to 5 minute video:
Look at the camera, with your upper body in frame.
Speak in a quiet place, at a steady pace, with regular pauses (1 to 2 seconds with your lips closed).
Send your video via Drive, WeTransfer or any other service.
Once the video has been received and approved, your avatar is ready within 2 to 3 days.

✅ Number of custom avatars: 3 video avatars + 10 podcast voices with the Team plan, unlimited with the Enterprise plan. On Starter, or beyond the number included: as an add-on.
✅ You can submit several videos per avatar (different outfits, voices, settings).
🎙️ When generating your learning videos, you can choose:
Your custom video avatar
Your custom voice (if it has been recorded)
💳 The videos you generate use the credits in your plan, like any other video generation.
