🧾 Step 1: Starting your custom avatar
The custom AI avatar is included from the Team plan onwards (3 video avatars) and unlimited with the Enterprise plan. It is not included with Starter, where it is available as an add-on (€399 per year per video avatar). As soon as you start creating your avatar, our team gets in touch within 24 to 48 hours.
📩 That message will tell you:
The filming guidelines (length, framing, pauses, silence, and so on)
How to send your video (via Drive, WeTransfer…)
The link for recording your consent
🎬 Step 2: Sending your video
Once the video (2 to 5 minutes) has been sent to our team, processing starts immediately.
⏳ Average creation time: 24 to 48 hours
✅ You will receive a confirmation as soon as the avatar is ready to use in your courses
⚠️ Watch out for these points
Delays can happen if:
The video is of poor quality (blurry image, background noise, inconsistent tone…)
You have not yet confirmed your consent on the dedicated platform
🎯 Tip: the more closely you follow the filming guidelines, the shorter the turnaround and the higher the quality!
