Even if your plan changes, the videos already generated with your avatar are preserved.
You can:
view them,
share them with your learners.

❌ When the avatar can no longer be used for new videos
3 custom video avatars are included starting with the Team plan. Not included in Starter, available as an add-on (€399/year per video avatar, €99/year per voice).
If you switch back to Starter with the avatar add-on, your avatar is kept.
If you switch back to Starter without the add-on, or if you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to use it to generate new videos. The avatar is then removed from the "Custom" section when you choose an avatar.
🔁 Can it be reactivated later?
Yes, by moving back to a Team or Enterprise plan, or by adding the avatar add-on to your Starter plan.
👉 However, because the avatar is deleted at the end of the subscription, you will need to start the creation process again (sending the video, the consent step, and so on).
🧾 How do I manage my subscription?
Go to the EdBuild AI platform.
Click your initials in the bottom left.
Open the Subscription tab.
Manage your plan, your avatars and your add-ons from there.
