Your data is never used to train AI models.
EdBuild AI neither trains nor fine-tunes any model. Our model providers are contractually committed to not training theirs on the data submitted to them: the options for excluding data from use for training purposes are enabled with each of them.
What is sent to the AI providers?
Only instructional content (your source documents and the generated content). No learner identification data (name, email address, results) is sent to these providers.
All our providers are covered by data processing agreements that comply with the GDPR. The up-to-date list appears in our register of processors, which is provided with the contract.
Do you need processing that is 100% European?
The platform makes it possible to restrict, account by account, which AI providers are actually used. Your content can therefore be processed exclusively by European providers, for example Mistral AI, the French language model provider. A dedicated instance (a database specific to your company, isolated from other customers) is also possible. These options are covered by a commercial proposal: talk to your EdBuild AI contact about them.
What about exported modules (SCORM)?
No AI calls are made: generation takes place beforehand, on the platform. The exported module is fixed content that communicates only with your LMS, with no telemetry and no analytics component.
