EdBuild AI processes the personal data you entrust to it as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, solely in order to provide the service and on your instructions.
Which personal data do we process?
The scope is deliberately minimal:
professional identification data for users: last name, first name, work email address and, where applicable, work phone number;
technical connection data;
learning tracking data (progress, scores, time spent).
No sensitive data (within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR) is processed.
Deleting data
A user's personal data can be erased at the request of an administrator on your account, either for one person or in bulk. The learning tracking data is then anonymized: you keep your aggregate training statistics, with no personally identifiable data left behind.
Processors
We maintain an inventory of our processors (nature of the service, categories of data, location of processing), which is provided with the contract. You are notified in advance of any addition or replacement, so that you can exercise your right to object.
In the event of an incident
Any security incident affecting your data or your services is reported to you within 24 hours of being qualified as such, without waiting for the investigation to conclude, and then followed up until it is closed.
