✅ From a course
Go to the home page of the course concerned.
Click the "Publish" tab.
Select one or more learner groups or individual learners.
The assignment is immediate: the course appears in the "My courses" area of every learner concerned.
✅ From the Courses page
Go to the page listing all of your courses
For the course you want, click the 3 dots to its right
Click "Publish on EdBuild"
📌 Good to know:
The same course can be assigned to several groups at the same time.
It is not possible to schedule a start or end date: the course is displayed immediately.
Learners do not see the name of the group they belong to.
Only administrator users can assign courses.
Learner profiles cannot make assignments.
🎓 What about learning paths?
To assign a whole learning path to a group, go to the "Edit learning path" page → "Assignments" tab.
