🧭 Opening the learning path editor
Go to the Learning paths section of the platform.
Find the learning path you want to edit.
Click the three dots (•••) to the right of the learning path row.
Click Edit.
🧱 Adding courses
You are then taken to the learning path editing process, which has 3 steps.
In step 2 – Courses, you can:
Add one or more courses one after another
Reorder them with a simple drag and drop
📌 Only published courses can be added.
Drafts are not available at this step.
➕ Number and organization
There is no limit to the number of courses in a learning path.
You can use the same course in several different learning paths.
The order of the courses determines the sequence learners see.
👁️ On the learner side
A newly added course is immediately visible to all learners already assigned to the learning path.
✅ You do not need to reassign the learning path: access rights are kept automatically.
