🧱 A flexible… but consistent structure
A course is structured into chapters, which are themselves made up of topics containing activities (multiple-choice quiz, video, drag and drop, and so on).
EdBuild AI lets you reorganize as much as you like:
the chapters relative to one another,
the topics within a chapter,
the activities within the same topic.
🟡 Important: an activity cannot be moved from one topic to another. Likewise, a topic cannot be moved to another chapter.
🖱️ Reordering step by step
From your course screen, click the
Reorderbutton (at the top right of the screen, between the "Published" badge and the help icon).This opens an editing mode that lets you:
drag and drop the chapters,
reorder the topics in each chapter,
reorganize the activities in each topic.
Once you have made your adjustments, click
Normalto leave reordering mode, then save.
To move an activity from one topic to another, click the 3 dots to the right of the activity and click Move.
👁️ What do learners see?
As soon as you save your changes, they are visible immediately to learners, provided the course has already been published.
🗑️ Deleting a topic or an activity
You can delete an activity, a topic or even a chapter at any time.
⚠️ This action is irreversible, so make sure you are certain of your choice before confirming.
