⚙️ Before generation: set your preferences
When you first configure your course, you can choose exactly which activities to generate for each topic:
Available activities:
✅ Multiple-choice quiz
✅ Single-choice quiz

🎙️ Audio podcast
You can:
Set the same number of activities for every topic (e.g. 5 activities per topic)
Customize each topic individually (e.g. 2 multiple-choice quizzes and 1 video for topic 1; 1 glossary and 1 fill in the blanks for topic 2)
Choose the learning objectives shared by all the activities
Select an avatar and a voice for all the videos, or configure them video by video. The same goes for the target length of your videos: choose a length of 1 to 6 minutes per video, either for all the videos or by setting a target length for each one.
For your videos, you can add your company logo and customize the background image.
To do so, click your initials in the bottom left, then My account, go to the Branding page (3rd tab) and upload your content.
🎙️ Setting up an audio podcast
You can generate an audio podcast as an introduction to the course, for each topic, or both. For each podcast:
Choose the format: a conversation between two speakers or single-voice narration
Name the narrator or narrators and choose their voice from our voice library, or clone your own voice to use it
Set the target length of the podcast
After generation, in preview, you stay in control: add emotions to each dialogue bubble, edit the transcript manually, or delete and add bubbles.
✏️ After generation: edit, improve, organize
Once the content has been generated automatically by AI, you stay in control:
🛠️ Edit an activity (text, answers, script, and so on)
🔁 Regenerate an activity with custom instructions in a text field
➕ Manually add a new activity to a topic, or create a brand new one
❌ Delete an activity you do not want
Every activity can be edited individually.
📚 Flexible, smooth organization
You can reorganize the whole structure with a simple drag and drop:
Reorder the chapters within the course
Reorder the topics within a chapter
Reorder the activities within a topic
The instructional logic of your course stays entirely under your control.
To move an activity from one topic to another, click the three dots to the right of the activity, then click Move.

🎞️ Adding a video you already have
You do not have to have every video generated for you. Inside a topic, click Create an activity, choose a video activity, then add your resource.
Two ways to add it:
Upload a file, by drag and drop or from your computer. Accepted formats: MP4, WebM, OGG. Maximum size: 120 MB.
Embed a URL, from YouTube, Vimeo or another video hosting platform.
