👁️🗨️ Review each activity one by one
As soon as generation is finished, you land on a review screen.
You can go through all of the content topic by topic and activity by activity, using the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.
✏️ Three options at every step
For each generated activity, you can choose between:
✅ Approve it as it is
If you are happy with the content, simply click "Next" to review the AI generation of the following activity.✍️ Edit it manually
You can:Rewrite a question,
Correct or expand the answer options,
Change the script of a video,
Adjust a fill in the blanks exercise, and so on.
🔄 Regenerate it with AI
Click "Regenerate" to open a text field.
You can then guide the AI:For example: "I want a more visual question" or "Make this video more explanatory."
💳 When does this use credits?
There is only one thing to remember: the moment you save the topic.

Why the difference? As long as you are in preview, no video and no podcast is actually produced: you are only working on the script and the content of the slides. Nothing is produced, so nothing is charged. You can iterate until you are happy before spending a single production credit.
Once the topic is saved, the video or the podcast exists: changing a script means the relevant part has to be produced again, and it is that reproduction which is charged. Only that part is redone, never the whole piece of content.
💡 Videos and podcasts are the only exception to the "no more AI generation after saving" rule: their script can still be edited, even after the course has been published.
🎬 The "Regenerate video" button
For video activities, the "Regenerate video" button appears in the storyboard preview.
After saving, a confirmation window appears before anything is charged, showing the amount: you can cancel at that point. The calculation only covers the part that is produced again.
For example: in an 8-slide video, changing the script of a 40-second slide costs 10 credits, not the price of the entire video.
💡 Tip: to adjust visuals at no cost, leave the script alone and change only the palette, the backgrounds or the position of the elements.

🧠 Can the same activity be regenerated several times?
Yes, as many times as you need, and free of charge as long as the topic has not been saved.
Once a topic has been saved, you can no longer run automatic AI generation on that topic. You can still add activities or topics manually, and you can run an AI generation on the chapter that contains it: the new topics and activities are then added after the existing ones, and the operation uses credits at the standard generation rate.
⚠️ Only videos and podcasts are an exception: their script can still be edited after saving, and even after publication. It is free if you only change the visuals, and charged pro rata to the part that is produced again if you change the script.
🗑️ Deleting or reordering?
You can delete an activity or a topic at any time.
You can also:
Reorder chapters, topics or activities (simply by drag and drop).
Add extra topics or activities manually.

As soon as you save and publish your course:
The changes are immediately visible to learners.
There is no need to republish after every change.
